Beth Jaber opened New Face New Body in part as a way to empower women through personalized skin and body care. And while the saying “beauty is only skin deep” has some truth behind it, Jaber believes that how you look impacts how you feel, and her goal has always been to help bring out the best in her clients – inside and out.

Jaber and her amazing team, which includes her daughter Fatma, specializes in a range of services including laser hair removal, customized facials and acne treatments, weight loss solutions, waxing and non-surgical facelifts. And all of these services come with a personalized touch.

New Face New Body started in Canton 20 years ago and moved to its current location on Sheldon Road in 2015. It’s always been a family business. Fatma currently helps her mom with the day-to-day operations and another daughter, Rana, was on the original team back in the beginning and now owns and runs the popular Luma Laser & MedSpa in Bloomfield Hills.

“My sister and mom really built this place from the ground up,” Fatma said. “I was still in high school at the time but I would come in and work on the weekends. My younger sister also would help until she became a lawyer, and she has since opened her own law firm.”

Fatma said they feel “so blessed” to be in Canton.

“The reason the business succeeded at the start and has continued to succeed is because of the Canton people and the Canton community,” she said. “If we were in a different location, it may not have worked out the way it did. They have supported us since day one. While we are also successful because of my mom’s amazing skills in business and her personal skills, we also owe so much to the Canton people for believing and trusting us.”

Fatma said her mom has no plans to retire, let alone take on less responsibility.

“First of all, she loves it so why would you stop doing something you love,” she said. “She would just miss it too much, and we would miss her and her clients would certainly miss her. They just love her.”
