This spring, the Livonia-Westland Chamber of Commerce had the opportunity to celebrate two of our favorite things – giving back to our community and investing in its future.


Chamber Awards Scholarships to Local Students

The Livonia-Westland Chamber proudly awarded 18 scholarships to graduating high school seniors who have demonstrated academic achievement, leadership, community involvement, and a commitment to their future goals. Each recipient received a scholarship to help support their post-secondary education, whether pursuing a degree at a college or university or training in the skilled trades.

The Livonia-Westland Chamber's annual scholarship program is made possible through the generosity of Chamber members and proceeds from Chamber programs and events. By supporting these students, the Livonia-Westland business community continues to invest in the future of our local workforce and the next generation of leaders.

First Community Impact Day Brings Businesses Together to Give Back

On May 13, the Livonia-Westland Chamber hosted its first Community Impact Day, bringing together local businesses and volunteers to make a difference throughout our community.

Livonia-Westland Chamber members spent the day serving at Seedlings Braille Books for Children and beautifying parks in both Livonia and Westland. It was a day filled with teamwork, service and a shared commitment to making our communities even better places to live and work.
