If you’re trying fitness for the first time or looking to take your workouts to the next level, you’ll find welcoming instructors and supportive classmates.

Of course, fitness at the Community Center extends well beyond scheduled classes. Members enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness center, cardio and weight equipment, an indoor walking track, gymnasium, and fitness studio, making it easy to work out on your own schedule.

One of the greatest benefits of exercising at the Van Buren Community Center is the sense of community you’ll find. Group fitness classes provide encouragement, accountability and an opportunity to connect with neighbors who share similar wellness goals. Staying active isn’t just good for your physical health – it also helps reduce stress, boost energy and improve overall well-being.
