The Charter Township of Brownstown is pleased to announce the hiring of Mark Kibby as the township’s new Director of Economic and Community Services.
Mark brings nearly 30 years of experience in economic development, finance and local government administration, having served in leadership roles across several Downriver communities. His extensive background and commitment to public service will be invaluable as Brownstown continues to grow and strengthen its local economy.
As director, Mark will lead the township’s economic development, planning, building, and zoning operations, providing unified oversight to advance strategic growth and community vitality. He will serve as the township’s primary point of contact for business attraction and redevelopment, working closely with the Downtown Development Authority, local stakeholders and development partners to promote Brownstown as a premier destination for investment and opportunity.
